200 g de vermicelles transparents                        5 cuil. à soupe de soja                                           1 sachet de champignons noirs

1 petite boite de crevettes   

1 poignée de haricots verts 

1 demi cuil.  de purée de piment                                 1 cuil. à café de 5 épices  

1 boite de pousses de bambou

 20 crevettes

1 poivron rouge

1 cuil. à café de mélange pour wok

1 cuil. à café de gingembre en poudre

200 g transparent vermicelli                     1 handful of green beans            1 half teaspoon of chili puree

5 tablespoons of soybeans                           1 teaspoon of 5 spices            1 red pepper

1 small box of prawns                           1 box of bamboo shoots         1 teaspoon of wok mix (see recipe here === >>

1 bag of black mushrooms                      20 shrimps  

 

Rehydrate the black mushrooms, 

fry thin strips of pepper, green beans, bamboo shoots in a little oil until lightly colored,

add the 20 shrimps, and turn them over to brown them for 1 or 2 minutes and stop cooking. take out the shrimps and put them aside, cut and add the black mushrooms

add 5 tablespoons of  unsweetened soybean,  the spices, the small drained shrimps, mix, cover and let sweat for 5 minutes

Reheat 2 minutes and serve, use your shrimp aside for decoration

enjoy your food
